Student Voice and Representation
City of London College recognises that students are partners in the educational process and play a central role in the continuous enhancement of academic quality and the wider student experience. The College is committed to ensuring that students have meaningful opportunities to contribute to institutional decision-making, influence academic provision and participate actively in the governance of the College.
Student voice is embedded throughout the Academic Governance Framework and informs the development, monitoring and enhancement of learning, teaching, assessment, student support and institutional policy. By listening to students, responding to their experiences and acting upon their feedback, the College strengthens academic quality while promoting a culture of openness, partnership and continuous improvement.
Student engagement is therefore regarded as an essential component of effective academic governance and institutional effectiveness.
Student Representation
The College provides a range of formal and informal opportunities for students to contribute to academic governance and institutional development.
