Academic Leadership Team
The Academic Leadership Team comprises the senior academic staff responsible for leading, managing and continuously enhancing the College’s academic provision. Working collectively, the Team provides academic leadership across curriculum delivery, learning and teaching, assessment, academic quality, student success and academic enhancement.
Operating under the oversight of the Academic Board and in collaboration with the Executive and Operational Leadership Team, the Academic Leadership Team ensures that academic policies are implemented effectively and that academic standards are consistently maintained across the College.

Members of the Academic Leadership Team work collaboratively to:
- implement the College’s academic strategy;
- safeguard academic standards and quality;
- monitor academic performance and student outcomes;
- support curriculum innovation and enhancement;
- promote effective learning, teaching and assessment;
- contribute to Academic Board business
- foster a culture of continuous improvement and academic excellence.
Through this collaborative approach, the Academic Leadership Team provides the operational leadership necessary to translate the strategic direction established by the Academic Board into effective academic practice across the College.
