The Academic Governance Framework brings together the committees, academic leaders and student representatives responsible for maintaining academic standards and enhancing the quality of learning opportunities. The structure below illustrates how academic assurance is generated throughout the College and reported through the governance framework.

The framework ensures that academic assurance is provided to the Board of Governors through structured review, monitoring and reporting arrangements. Academic governance operates independently of day-to-day management while maintaining close working relationships with academic and professional services teams across the College.
