The Executive and Operational Team is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, management and delivery of City of London College’s activities. Working within the strategic framework established by the Board of Governors and alongside the Academic Governance Framework, the Team ensures that the College delivers high-quality educational provision, supports students effectively and operates in accordance with its academic, regulatory and financial responsibilities.

The Executive and Operational Team provides leadership across academic, operational and professional service functions and is responsible for implementing the College’s strategic priorities, managing institutional performance and ensuring that resources are used effectively to support students, staff and the long-term development of the College.

Through regular engagement with the Board of Governors and Academic Governance Framework, the Team helps ensure that strategic objectives are translated into effective operational delivery and continuous institutional improvement.
